Action D1: Setting of procedures for reporting results and dissemination

Description and methods employed:

AIS dissemination activities will proceed along several lines:

  1. Project public web site to aid information management, exchange and worldwide dissemination. The web pages will inform the AIS partners, the scientific community, stakeholders, end-users, and the general public about the project achievements. (Action D2)

  2. Direct involvement of stakeholders and users (experts, advisors and city authorities involved in the project as partners and associative partners) to share the new knowledge, methodologies and tools generated by the project (Action D3)

  3. A series of seminars and events organised to present key findings of the project and stimulate feedback from the wider science and user communities (Action D4)

  4. A range of communication material, including brochures and information pamphlets with the principal results of the AIS project and how to use the implemented tools and publication in peer-reviewed national/international journals (Action D4)

  5. Dissemination of the results in national/international congresses, like the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology & World Allergy Organization Congress or the European Respiratory Society Congress (Action D4).

In this Action, the procedures for reporting results and dissemination are set up. This is achieved through the development of a detailed Dissemination, Promotion and Involvement Plan.
