Update:

This action was completed. The communication and dissemination plan Deliverable D1.1)

was completed and submitted in the Inception Report.

In addition, the following activities were performed by EPAR INSERM/UPMC:

1.  Implementation  of  public  web  site  to  aid  information  management,  exchange  and worldwide dissemination. The web site has uploaded every week with the publication of risk maps a in occasion of meeting participation or other dissemination events.

2. A range of communication material, including brochures and information pamphlets with

the principal results of the AIS project and how to use the implemented tools and publication in peer-reviewed national/international journals.

Their number have been modified in relation of foreseen conference a of realistic estimate of number of leaflet/brochure disseminated. The number are the follow: 2000 leaflets (500 each language: English, Italian, French, German) and 500 Brochure (in English).

3. Dissemination of the results in national/international congresses (details in the next part of this Report).

The following actions have to be further developed:

1. the Direct involvement of stakeholders and users (experts, advisors and city authorities involved in the project as partners and associative partners) to share the new knowledge, methodologies and tools generated by the project. This because observational data are needed to start the discussion

2. A series of seminars and events organised to present key findings of the project and stimulate feedback from the wider science and user communities. For also this, it is needed to dispose to the observational data.

3. Dissemination of results will continue.

Completed action. Deliverable D1.1 has been submitted in the Inception Report.

Action D1 Setting of procedures for reporting results and dissemination:

In this Action, the procedures for reporting results and dissemination are set up. This is achieved through  the development of a detailed Dissemination,  Promotion and Involvement Plan.

This plan serves to structure the various actions to be implemented, to provide details on each action in terms of content, objective, target audience,  timescale and costs and to ensure that each beneficiary is aware of their specific role and obligations in terms of communication. It ensures that communication activities are grouped into a coherent and integrated protocol.
