The post-project  communication plan is a key element to disseminate and communicate the results of the project. The actions to be implemented are:

1. Presentations at conferences, seminars and meetings:, most of the results of AIS LIFE have been (and will be) presented at conferences and workshops attended after the  end  of  the  project  itself.  These have been very important  opportunities  to disseminate the findings of the

projects among the scientific community and different stake-holders at national and

EU level.

2. A number of proposals emerged during the thematic meetings involving LIFE projects dealing with health - environment relationships, among which the proposed organization of a Thematic Platform on Knowledge Transfer and Exchange (KTE) for Environment and Healt 3. Contacts with stakeholders and policy makers: the collaboration  and update with  stakeholders and policy makers has been not  only carried on,  but  also increased after the completion  of  the project, with  frequent contacts and informal meetings.

4. Diffusion of the methodologies: the methods developed within AIS LIFE have been widely

spread over the scientific community  and will be the basis for  future courses for young scientists and epidemiologists.

5. Continuation of the networking activities: the collaboration with many experts in the  fields  of  air  quality, exposure  assessment, and  epidemiology  has  been strengthened, and the AIS  LIFE results and methods have been presented within many other projects’ meetings
